This sounds very close to the Joystix Arcade! I know they have snacks there, but I’m not sure if they SELL games. Maybe you could check with the owner and see what their thoughts are?

Yeah! I know one user is already planning to set up a tabletop thing in Joystix Arcade. n_n Maybe it could be a partner-shop or they could add on a room to meet your needs?

There’s also this one here Kumi Azai's Bookstore Info & Game Nights [Posted when I have time], though I don’t know what Kumi’s plans are for it, there were talks of scraping it and putting the idea in Linseria instead of Sinder, but Kumi’s been away from the site for a bit.
