I want to become a supporter so I can test a room script I’ve been writing but when I login to mucklet.com I get the error “An error occurred when trying to authenticate: Failed to connect to the server.”
I’m getting the same error. I really want the supporter benefits too! :c

And while I might have been on radio-silence for quite a while, it doesn’t mean I am inactive (or dead, for that matter, if any such rumors would dare to start 
). Well, maybe I am inactive with communication - but not with trying to improve the place. And I hope to have a release out soon with a feature I’ve been spending far too many hours on to get it working the way I’ve wanted.
(PS. About the issue: it seems something causes the gateway to restart every 1 second, preventing anyone from being able to connect. It should hopefully be an easy fix once I figure out what causes it)

I really do think you’d benefit from having at least some sort of intermediate communication with your users. At least someone who can reach you whenever to help alleviate the social responsibility of running a site like this.

I fully agree. The more communication, the better. Eventually I hope I will be able to provide that. For now, I just hope you have a bit of patience with my long periods of absence.
And about the fix. Well. It may happen again, as I have yet to find the root cause. But next time I hope the logs will tell me more
