Holy crap… I built a nightclub.
Welcome to The Tied Tails Kinky Night Club and Bath House.
Tied tails is a fully clothing optional night club and bath house. All kinks are welcome and we encourage patrons to freely be “out” with their kinks anywhere in the club. (Leather, latex, underwear, pet play, and even things like ABDL – but we have set some rules regarding certain sexual scenes within the club for some harder kinks.)
We have the outside area, and an entryway and foyer area before actually entering the club areas where all the kink gear could be on full display.
We also have a rooftop patio, a dance floor, a bath house area with play spaces and a dungeon downstairs. There’s also a special room upstairs called the Nursery. (A nice quiet rest/play space for ABDL patrons.)
The outside of the club is already TPort Friendly and anyone with ideas can help me expand it a bit more.
It’s official, we have found a home in the lovely city of Pacifica, within the Republic of Salagalu.
We welcome all patrons to the new club.

So, the build is essentially complete and I’ve worked with a couple builders to help ensure the space and all rooms within are well within spec to be linked to the realm.
So far, I’ve gotten the green light – but a slight snag. I need a builder willing to link the club to their space.
Places I think may fit well due to the fact that the kink community can include some darker and extreme kinks:
Woodford
Salagalu
Umber Point
I’m willing to also consider:
Lamplight
bocca della verità – which would be a decent island that seems to need some love.
FWIW there’s likely another club coming soonish to Lamplight. It also wouldn’t be suitable if the intent was to restrict underage scenes to certain areas, which seems to be the case based on your description.
Conversely, I don’t think Woodford is going to work if you allow such scenes, since it adopts the rules of Sinder aside from fighting/conflict/angst. They might of course be willing to extend an exception to liven up the nightlife.
Umber Point and Salagalu make sense to me. Bocca, also, perhaps, but the owner Darion Roano Katsuo was last on in August 2023…

That said. The rules in their current form are my own attempt at being as accommodating as possible for any potential host areas while allowing some freedoms to club patrons.
As for Woodford, when I checked their rules, they seemed to have at least a little flexibility in regards to “hosted areas” having different rules.
That and I do like the bit of “grungy city” vibe it has.
That said, it also means I have some flexibility with Tied Tails rules too, so if Lamplight wanted to host it, I could remove the age play restriction to the one room.
I’m just willing to consider Lamplight because it’s also more “friendly” to the ABDL scene.
Most of the realm rules will typically apply outside that, like profiles requiring NSFW aspects to be “collapsed/warned” and requiring interaction to see in detail.
Of all the places I’ve currently listed, one was offered before the owner saw the club, so I’m waiting for that. But that also means I’m willing to consider any space that offers to host the club too.
Made edits to the main post as we have found a lovely home, and a lovely host to grant us space in the city of Pacifica, which is within the Republic of Salagalu.
From here on out, any posts regarding the club will be noted in Salagalu time (UTC-11) and Pacific Time (UTC-8) – as the club owner resides within the UTC-8 time zone.
