Seems you already have things covered with a bar and inn. The Ember would only be competition.

The Alpine Ember has been connected to Brinewood Isle. you can find it just east of Saltwind. When arriving to Brinewood, go south until you reach Saltwind, then it’s just a little trek east up the crossroads.
