The Wolfery realm is designed as an English-only server, both for convenience and for moderation purposes.
In the future though, Mucklet, the service Wolfery is built on, will in some form or another open up for communities to create other realm servers. And those other servers could definitely be in other languages depending on the needs of the communities building them.
