Does anyone list the codes for the main sections, like town center and station park and stuff like that

It’s in the list teleports for both the locations that are added automatically and for places you save with register teleport.

No I mean for like, building room exits and etc, I tried that but it didn’t work

You can get a room’s ID by typing get room id into the console while located in your desired room. You can get more useful commands related to rooms with help room. The help command can be a pain to navigate at times, but should have most the information you’ll ever need.
But to more directly answer your question:
