Risk E. Ratt’s is an area I’ve been working on for quite some time now. Ideal locations are Patchwork North Alley, Lamplight Market district or Woodford Street. I have been in talks with @Dalton_Raccoon to replace the Cosmic Space Arcade in Lamplight but I have not seen him in a month if we could summon him.
There is a puppet for people to partake as the owner mascot, a working skeeball machine, as well as quite a bit of artwork I have put in myself. It is open for review, room id is #cinhqju9gbro1bcdm9rg
Update on this. I have created a connecting road and am looking to link up east of the Sketchy Alley in Lamplight. I am currently requesting builder review.

I visited the proposed location with the proprietor and approve its connection on behalf of Lamplight’s Abigail Applewood, pending builder review and consideration of my own review.
Risk E. Ratt’s is now linked and open for business! To get there you have to go east of the Slums in Lamplight and past the sketchy alleyway. Thank you all. I have been sitting on this build for years and have put quite a bit of work into it.
