Chocolate, if I’m feeling like something sweet. Otherwise noodles. All of the noodles. Rice noodles, wheat noodles, mung bean noodles, sweet potato noodles, udon, ramen, glass, hand pulled… sesame noodles, garlic noodles, biangbiang noodles, dan dan noodles, a plate of spaghetti, canoodling.
