It says you cannot recreate cannon characters in Wolfery, but what about original characters based on an already existing IP? I’ve been thinking on creating my Warhammer 40k OC in Wolfery but I want to make sure it’s not against the rules to do so. It doesn’t really mention OCs based on existing IPs but I could be wrong so I’m not assuming anything.

It sounds totally fine to me! Eg. you can create a Skaven character that is yours. But you would not be allowed to create Queek Headtaker, the legendary Skaven warlord.
We have pikachus, kobolds, lalafells, etc. That is all fine!
