I’d like to see a way to filter out folks who are “Away” or “Idle”.
I am low on brainpower right now, but here is my idea!
Perhaps there could be something similar to the “Show Looking for Roleplay” button: bringing all “Active” characters to the top of the list.
Sometimes I’m scrolling through several dozen “Away” and “Idle” characters to see who’s actually around. This could be a comfy addition.
What say you, forums?
Hello! This actually already exists… in a sense. There’s no practical buttons like you imagine but you can use the search filter
to remove them! Here’s how:
While using the search filter
, you can remove people from the list by putting an exclamation point (!) in front of any criteria you type into the search filter. For example, if you type !away
it will filter out anyone who’s currently away. !idle
filters anyone who’s idle.
If you want to only see people who are active, you can easily combine the two with a comma. doing !idle, !away
in the filter
will only show you those who are active or you can save some time and simply type the word active
into the search filter.
This also works with tags, species, names, and gender.
Hopefully that helps you out. You can do more with filters too! It’s all listed in help filter
.

Ah! I’m not very well versed in the search bar, is there a guide somewhere?
Thank you so much!
