I will have to voice my other concern regarding the no-teleportation rule. What if the character was forcefully summoned by a moderator if they need them for discussion regarding the matter? Is it assumed that the user broke the rule if they did not use any teleportation? Would the moderator have to teleport outside of the area, locate the user, drag them out of the place, and then tp them out?
