New Pawn Shop for Umber

I’ve crafted a new shop for Umber, The Lucky Dragon Pawn. The Lucky Dragon Pawn aims to provide a spot for Umber to buy, trade, sell and pawn goods for cash. With the aim to place it on 100-300 Lily Way, having it opposite of the K Calice Casino to really be there for those down on their luck looking to sell of some goods so they can try to win their earnings back, or for those who got lucky and want to spend some of those winnings burning a hole in their pocket.

While the Lucky Dragon Pawn offers the denizens of Umber a one stop shop for all sorts of goods, and with its no questions ask policy, any deal can be made., no matter how shady it may be. Although the Lucky Dragon Pawn isn’t aimed to be a social hang out spot (As to not conflict with either the Ace of Spades and Crimson Night) It aims to offer a place for those to exchange goods and currency, a player influenced selection of items that are bought and sold, increase focus on the money aspect of a crime city (By offering a place to buy or sell player crafted items in exchange for currency) and can serve as a catalyst towards plot points unfolding in Umber that may go through a shady dealer.

I’ve worked alongside Fenrir to ensure that the idea is welcomed, the theme fits and the placement is green lit. I’m looking for a builder to review the small shop and let me know if there’s anything else I need to do to get this shop attached in Umber to 100-300 lily way.

Yes! As Janice pointed out, I have been in back and forth contact with them on discord working out the idea. I did send them this forum post as well but I know they’ve been a busy bean lately.

I have in fact welcomed the idea,

I’d say the placement is more ‘amber lit’ rather than green lit.

I wanted to give it one final look through before attaching it, but unfortunately I’m recovering from surgery right now.
I advised SnakeCHTW of this, and let them know I’d look soon for them.
