I would like for there to be a category here where we can report to staff when there are rules broken by players. Preferable only viewable by staff and the person who posted it.
To report issues on the forum use the flag button:
To report something in wolfery either use report (see help report), e.g. report John Mischief = Excessive spamming. or use the button on the right from the reported chat line:

As Shinyuu points out, there is an in-game report system. This is the channel you should use to report any issues with other players, while the forums are more suited to technical game problems themselves.
