Gosh, I am on my 3am motivation right now, sorry about that. But I was wondering how people got moderator/helper on the server?
I not completely interested in becoming a mid or helper, but it may be useful to some other fur or future me who are interested.

Most of the moderators (including myself) were invited organically as need arose. There is no formal process or path to being asked to take up a moderation position. A current goal is for Helper to be expanded on in the future. I imagine that once the features needed to support the Helper role are created, a more formal process for that will be discussed.
