[Minor] Inconsistent tense in system messages

Most of the notifications generated as characters move around the world are in the present tense, and the roleplaying guide specifically calls this out as preferable:

The sleep and wake messages are exceptions to this pattern:

Riverrynn just woke up.
Riverrynn fell asleep.

This is obviously minor in the grand scheme of things, but probably also a simple string change, and it helps maintain the consistency that the system has a preferred tense, so I’m noting it here.

Silly enough, those texts were even hardcoded into the backend.
I’ve moved them now to be part of the world configuration. It will be included in next update.
