Hey, I was wondering if it was possible to transfer characters to one account to another here. Since I’m adopting a friend’s unused OC he has on another account. I’m within the 5 character per account limit. I hope it’s possible because I don’t want to constantly log in and out and do the login stuff.
I am not a mod nor do I know if this is within or against the rules, but why not copy and paste the character from one account to the other, it may take a bit of work and people that have you watched will have to redo that, but it is the easiest option I see.
Yes, it is possible, but currently I am the only one with the commands to make it. Also, it comes with a few obvious (?) caveats:
- Chat logs for the character will not be transferred (since they are stored in the browser)
- Mail sent to that character will not be transferred
- Browser-side settings for that character will not be transferred
However, ownership of rooms and areas will be transferred together with the character.
So, what I just need to verify is that your friend fully agrees to this transfer. I will send you a message here with more details on what info I need.
