The “mail from Xxxx” header should probably show the full name of the character who mailed, to ensure the recipient can reply easily even without having the character on their watchlist. (I recognize that it is also shown in the mail folder with full name, but including it in the main chat header could be advisable too.)

We still have mouse-over hovering though 
All chat log entries can be hovered to see the full name of the sender, including describes/spoofs which doesn’t show any name otherwise visible in the log. And you would have the same issue with messages too, right?
I would think it is sufficient with hover. But if others disagree with me, preferring your idea, I am happy to implement it
