Honestly even at strange hours people are online. It’s not always obvious where people are, because they move around to different areas of town, or even different towns! You should explore, and just casually strike up conversation with people. Don’t worry too much about who knows who, feel free to interact with people. Most of the people around Wolfery are pretty cool!
