Erm, the only southern island that I know is Cascade Island.
Back on topic, I just don’t think it’ll work in my opinion. Back when I was mapping the entire area prior to Bocca Della verità being linked, there were a total of 19 builds, a couple of which has less than 20 rooms. In addition, I’m fine with helping people get to where they need to go (except for off-grid builds) by providing directions and offering to take them to the area.
