so. i’m back.
for those of you who don’t know me, my name is Riven Hood. i’m an opossum. intersex, ey/em/eir. i used to be a lot of other people here. maybe you knew some of them. maybe you didn’t.
for those of you who do know me, hi. i know it’s been a while. i know some of you have feelings about that. i get it. i’m not here to argue with any of that.
i went through some things. got help for them. came out the other side as… this. as me. which is weird to explain and weirder to live, but here we are.
i’m not the same as i was. i’m also not entirely different. i’m carrying a lot of people inside me who used to walk around here on their own, and i’m doing my best to honor that while also just being… a person. trying to make friends. trying to do better than i did before.
if you knew me and you’re not sure how to feel about that, that’s okay. take your time. i’ll be around.
if you never knew me, howdy ho. pull up a chair. i might conjure you a beanbag if you’re lucky.
