How do I make it easy access for my friends and family to come in my house without being teleported or being lead their?

Setting up a room in your house to “Allow Teleport to Room” is probably your best option. Make sure the box for this option is checked in the room edit menu. Then have your friends to register the room as a teleport. Type “Help Register Teleport” in game for more info.
