[Feature Suggestion] Party Up! (Or expand the focus command?)

This sounds kind of like the multi-messaging feature that I found somewhere in the old archives:

[Feature] Multiple whisper/message targets

Hi! I’d like to suggest the ability to whisper or message multiple people at once, perhaps delimited with something other than a space (comma or semicolon?), in case you need to disambiguate someone by using their last name or something.

Or at least they try to solve the same thing.
Though, I am not sure the focus command is the way to go, as that command is used in a lot of different ways for different players.

But yes - we should have something like that!
