I like to have the ‘Show All’ checked. With SO many folks online now, it’s a really long list to scroll up through to check my Watch list. If the list were split into 2 panes, with a resizable line between, then I would be able to have at least some of my Watch list showing and could scroll it independently instead of having to scroll through the entire list of everyone on the realm.

This would also permit an option to add a bots/puppets list that could be toggled similar to ‘all’ at some point in the future.
I like the suggestion.
If done right, this sort of multi-pane splitting could be used for other panels as well.
Not sure how it would turn out on mobile though (once better mobile support is added) - mobile apps tends not to do this. But it could be ‘disabled’ there, behaving like it does now perhaps?
