[Feature] Progressive Web Apps

So, I see here that forum.wolfery.com is a Progressive Web Apps (PWA), implying you can download the page from a chrome-based browser, and probably other things I don’t know about. So, I am not a web developer, which is why i was wondering why wolfery.com isn’t one?

The forum at forum.wolfery.com is a Discourse forum, which is a PWA.
Wolfery.com is not a PWA because I simply haven’t had time to do that yet . But I don’t see any reason why it couldn’t be turned into one.

Or more correctly; I haven’t had time put the client on GitHub yet so that others may help me turn it into a PWA

I don’t know if a PWA will get past the issues we had talked about a while back @Accipiter about websockets being closed on mobile. But it would be a nice stopgap between where we are and a dedicated Mucklet app.
