Greetings! I have decided to make my next ambitious move and want to open up a luxury mall. Considering that a mall was proposed here a handful of times, none of them had ever come to fruition which is why I want Ukiyo Mall to be the first mall in the realms- well technically… Since Urban_1 Mall exists which was shuttered due to “Building Fire Code Violations”.
In this proposal, there will be a mall and an apartment that will be operated by one of my characters. The main area is the Ukiyo Mall (Literally meaning Floating World Mall) which consists of a large mall (Indoor & Outdoor portion), a large fountain with a show that will be hosted every Saturday, an indoor pool, and a food court. The second building will actually be a single room, say an apartment, which will act as a replacement for the RV Park.
