[Bug] Giving Areas to other players not working

I have been trying to work with trying to give an area of mine to another account so that I can combine the rooms into one entity for the map.

But every time I try to give the Bold Pheonix Tavern to my main to add it to the Scalevania area (since area parent area requests aren’t a thing) I hit the transfer ownership button and nothing happens.

Is there a chance you’ve reached limit of owned areas/rooms for your main account?

It’s possible, but that leaves me with no way to link the area I’ve just created then. I’ve had to just reconnect the tavern room itself back to Swiftclaw Township.

I’ve tried to do it with homes I’ve given to people but it wouldn’t grant me the ability to give them that either.

@MarvokTheDragon, if you transfer an area to a character belonging to a different account, you should see the following dialog:

I assume that, clicking the “Make request” button seems to do nothing, right?
When I tried it myself, using a non-builder account, I got the following console error:

I’ve created a GitHub issue for the bug:

Thanks for notifying me of the issue!
