I have several characters that have been deleted now appearing in my watchlist, and one of my own characters that I have deleted just received mail from another player today (they’ve been deleted for about three weeks at this point).
I can confirm that. Was surprised to see some long gone faces in my watchlist again.
Oh! I hadn’t anticipated that!
It is a bug I created in a patch release I made earlier this week.
I will fix it in next.
