When using my phone. Some big profiles go past the screen and I can’t click to watch or to close out sometimes.

Yes, the client is unfortunately not entirely mobile friendly. You can bypass the closing issue (at least I have been able to do so) by selecting to view the client in Desktop mode, letting you scroll around to the close button.
But the work to make the client mobile friendly is coming! (eventually).
You could try to work around this by using the command look and look at someone with a short profile. It’ll force it to switch people.
I get the “can’t watch” problem all the time if characters have a lot of tags.
I am currently making some initial work on mobile layout where this issue will be fixed. Hopefully I will have it included in the next release.
