As the setting to enable push notifications can be disabled without user input if a notification fails to deliver, a user may not notice it being turned off. Someone relying on notifications to not miss incoming messages while they have Wolfery collapsed or on a different tab, may miss what they want to be notified about.
I suggest making Wolfery client put something like an exclamation mark over an orange square on settings button if it has to change any settings without user input.
