I’m a few days late to adding this area, and so it needs to go through the builder review process.
Grizzled & Chiselled is a ripperdoc clinic for the cyberpunk Pieradyne area, targeting the higher class residents and corporate employees who want cyberware that isn’t available through the corpo channels.
It consists of three rooms, with two locked doors to the public. A waiting area (hopefully staffed with a bot character at some point (could use some help figuring out how to make said bot!)), an operating room, and a bathroom.

It has already passed muster for the similar-ish subarea (a sketchy, shady ripperdoc clinic) and for the area’s creator.
