I had another player tell me they tried to msend me a message in the mail, but that I did not receive it because my DMs were blocked. I do not have any message requests un my inbox. How do I make it possible for him to send me mail and, if possible, how can I view the mail he already sent me?
Heya, this is a problem they’re describing to you in Wolfery, right? Let me know if you mean on the forum instead.
In Wolfery, you can set a “dnd” or “Do Not Disturb”, so they should check that this is turned off. (See: help set) To do this, type set dnd=no when logged in as the character in question.
In case they have you muted, see help stop mute char, which would just be stop mute char El_Dragoncito or just replace El-Dragoncito with the relevant in-game character name.
If that doesn’t solve it, can you clarify what the exact command they were using was? Was it message, or mail, or something else? Also, what was the exact message they got back when they tried to send it?
