I have downloaded the app.
I have also used ravenry.vfp.in as the server field along with my username and password.
I happened to see my Character asleep as one usually does when they initially log in to Wolfery.
My issue is that when I click that, my screen goes black.
I’m using a Samsung s9, Android 10, I have dark mode enabled if that information is needed.
I had that reported two times and still not sure what causes it 
I’ll see if I can add some logging so you could tell me where it gets stuck.

I can see a list of my sleeping characters (I only have one), when I click the character it seems to load and the screen goes black.
Yes, it happens every time.
I can log into the website perfectly.
I can’t get to the point of getting to see the interface. It happens right after attempting to wake the character.
I mean - log into the website, wake up, then into the app while you’re awake through the website. And log into the website - wake up, say something, then log into the app.

I logged completely out of ravenry.
I logged into Wolfery, woke up, said something.
Logged into ravenry, before getting to the screen where I see my characters are awake or not, the screen was black.
I have had a moment of success.
I’ve been able to log in, select a character and can see history of chat used on a different device.
I do have a couple of questions about the usage and IU.
Using Wolfery’s commands for typing don’t seem to work. (Specifically /me)
One can’t page or whisper other people, I assume the same issue the /me command doesn’t work
Can one view the room details and who is in the room currently yet?

all of those are implemented. Now I’m somewhat concerned the android public builds are just stale, lol.
The login screen should have the build version in the very bottom. What’s it showing for you?
My android build is 0.1.0 (12) and is up to date with what’s on the play store, if that helps
That 12 should have been 42 
I might be confusing closed and internal testing. Maybe. There should be an update in the next 15 minutes, please check what version you will get now.
No update from Google play yet. But I will point out that the version reported to Google play is just 0.1.0 maybe not having the full build number has something to do with it?
I got feedback that installing the app fresh does provide the build 43. If it didn’t update proper for you yet can you please try uninstalling and re-installing it again? @Xetem @Dragonwolf
I just re-installed and am still at build 12. I’ll look into some cache clears and restarts and see if Google still tries to give me 12.
Ok, so I stopped the alpha dogfood completely and bumped the actual version in the internal test. https://play.google.com/apps/internaltest/4700770022683016940 see if this works better?
Accepting the request prompted an update from Google Play (even though it said to uninstall first). My version is now 0.1.1 (44) master@8fbdbf0
Okay I’m now on build 44 after following your link, same as @Xetem
@farcaller could I ask if we could get some sort of history /dropdown for the server on the log in screen? (It’s a nice to have, I keep forgetting the string, haha)

I want to get rid of that server thing at this point, but why do you hit it? do you have multiple account that you juggle?
