So I had a bug that made me unable to use the site for 2 or so hours because I tried to refresh the page due to some character pfps not working on the awake chara list.
Oh right, would you be using mobile or computer? If you are using a computer would you be able to press f12 when the site loads and send in a screenshot of any red error reports when the bug occurs?
I use the PC version mainly.

I will make sure to tell ya if it happens once again, Also… make sure to let other players know about this bug in case they end up in the same situation I was in.

Hmm. That is odd.
Of course I can fix it! … if I find it.
But in order to find it, I need to be able to replicate it. But right now I have no clue.
